dns_probe_finished_bad_config always

Hi,

I am running Dell Latitude E6430 which i brought ago.Since few months, I keep getting error dns_probe_finished_bad_config when browsing though Chrome. Temparary work around would be turn off WIFI and reconnect it but this will work only for few min let say for 10 min and later problem repeats. I have tried all the methods like turn off the router,turn off the WIFI,Change the DNS server names but nothing solved my problem.What ever the solution i use,it just works only for few min and again it stops working. It really irritates me.This question also am rising using my other HP laptop which works great without any issues .

Please help to find permanent solution if there is any.
